Tool Recommendation? | Mapping Product Journeys with Product-Led Triggers

Is there a tool you recommend to “map out” your product’s strategy such as the various journeys, triggers, etc.? Obviously whiteboard tools and other design tools come into play but there can be so many options. Anything you know works well for this?
Our product is young but we already have several points to upgrade. It is already evident this is going to start expanding exponentially. I need a good way to map out what we have today, where our roadmap is taking us, and how to chart out where that will go in the future.
I typically use Miro to plot user steps for individual product releases because it is so flexible to design a workflow or process but I feel like there has to be an easier way.
What are you using or what have you heard of? Thank you so much!

Honestly, I don't know of a good software tool. It's generally faster and more flexible for me to use various colors of post-its and markers. Not to say there's not a good option out there. Just wanted to kick off responses to your question :) Now anyone else's response will be more helpful than mine, so there's no pressure! I just removed social awkwardness friction for everyone else ;)

Great question, Heather! When there's a lot of steps, I like to use Trello for mapping out user journeys. Here's an example of how you could break it down: https://trello.com/b/i4pMNcjZ/canva

Thank you so much Katy and Wes! I am going to give Trello (or a similar format) a try for this and see how things go!

We use Miro all the time - particularly now we are remote! It's an awesome product for mapping out user journeys, user story maps and so much more! https://miro.com/app/
I know you mentioned that you have been using Miro - but have you tried the various different templates? We link from here into Jira and Confluence to manage the work across the business and link it back to the product roadmap and customer journeys.
