Background:
–background primarily in market research, data science, and product management at investor-owned, mid-sized, B2B software companies
–founded Paddle Health as a bootstrap B2C healthcare administration solution

Why I signed up:
–In my day job, our sales team is not a reliable revenue creator for the new product lines I'm responsible for. I'm realizing more and more that the politics of that situation will mean it is unlikely PLG ever takes hold. Disappointing.
–But the silver lining is I also signed up in preparation to launch our product with Paddle Health. Although the curriculum so far primarily deals with B2B, I'm still finding a lot of opportunities to apply PLG concepts to a B2C market.

What I'm looking for help with:
–Getting to my first 100 customers
–Reaching my audience
–Other start-up mentorship and learning

Things I could help others with:
–Market research, both qualitative and quantitative techniques to:
—-get to the root of your product's job to be done
—-validate willingness to pay
—-identify and validate broad market opportunities
–Product management:
—-defining your minimum-viable and minimum-valuable product
—-working iteratively with both engineering and customer-facing sides of the business
—-other product management process and relationship coaching
